I bought a my new 2025 4 plus Maverick golf cart yesterday😁I really can’t say enough about Juan my sales guy! He was very professional! High fun energy! Juan was very knowledgeable and spent time with me giving me details on everything! He was a pleasure to work with! The staff were also very informative and kind! I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to purchase a golf cart to go here and ask for Juan! This was a wonderful experience!! 😊
I just wanted to put this out there. This Saturday will be 8 weeks that Matts Custom Golf Carts has had my cart for repairs with no end in sight. They love to sell them, but getting mine fixed has been horrible.
Has been un operable for 3 months at there shop for 1 month. Run around stories . This cart may or may not have water damage but we have driven it since and now it has stopped. Said they couldn’t pick up since it didn’t move well guess what when I pressured them they finally came with a winch and drug it on truck. Need a call from owners of Matt’s , time to resolve this dissatisfied customer satisfaction.
When I had no one else to turn to for a nail in my tire, Matt’s custom carts came through in a pinch. They were able to mount a tire on for me during my lunch break, which saved me a lot of headache. Wonderful staff members come check out their selection:-)
Wish zero stars was an option.Took my cart in for a lithium upgrade.They sold me an inadequate battery setup, they had me come in to spend more money to make it adequate even though they were the ones who messed up.Once I had a setup that would cause my cart to shut down, I continued having issues with the cart and I got the never ending run around and excuses for them which they never took responsibility for.Terrible customer service experience!
Juan was great. I was in the store 2-3 times before we decided to buy a cart. He was patient and helpful as we tried to decide which cart was best for us. We went with the D5 Ranger 4 and we love it! If you are in the market for a new cart - you have to at least stop in and check them out!
My buy experience at Matt's Custom Golf Carts was very positive. Diane, our sales representative, at Ft. Myers store walked us through the different models and features. We settled on an Evolution D5 Ranger 4 at a fair price. Time will tell if their service is as friendly and expedient when service is required. So far, very happy.
Jessica from the Fort Myers site of Matts Custom Cart was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure to buy and she made it so easy. She was very patient and answered all my questions. The best part was that they were offering 0% interest financing for 36 months. I am very satisfied.

Excellent customer service and golf carts!We love our cart - it’s a white 4 seater all front facing - gorgeous! They have a huge selection! We plug ours in and have nothing else to worry about - it’s the easiest cart to use. The stereo is awesome! Loud and Bluetooth. Matt’s is a great dealer in Stuart can’t speak about the other locations but we love our Evolution 4seat forward. People are always stopping us and raving about how cool our cart is.

Great experience! We checked out both Punta Gorda and Fort Myers locations for Evolution Carts and both had outstanding customer service. Sherry at PG not only responded to all our queries patiently, but also gave us a test drive and made sure the colour we wanted was at their other location. Jessica at the Fort Myers was again great, she handled everything very well and the delivery was flawless too. Highly recommend Matts!P.S: hopefully after sale service would be as good as the sale process.
